STAR volunteers are diverse, well trained, caring members of our community! As a STAR volunteer, you receive extensive training, continuing education, support and feedback. STAR volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the agency.
In addition, volunteers receive thorough training both before and during their service with STAR through planned training sessions and monthly volunteer meetings.
Regardless of the volunteer opportunity you choose, your time with STAR will make a difference in the life of a victim of sexual assault. And it will make a difference in your life too! (And your community will benefit as well!)
Please contact Keeley at STAR- 276-7279 for more information on volunteering with STAR.
